Every entry below compares one League of Legends patch's latest published numbers against the patch immediately before it, at Tier: all ranks, per champion and role. A move is only called out once it changes by at least half a percentage point — several times larger than the biggest day-to-day wobble this app has ever measured in a champion's win rate while a patch was otherwise stable — and once the champion is picked often enough that the swing means something. That's a consistency rule, not a formal test — this data carries no sample size, so there's no way to test it at all.
