Xayah

Computed from 176,979 ranked Solo/Duo games collected through the Riot API · patch 26.21.
| Role | Win Rate | Pick Rate |
|---|---|---|
| ADC | 51.6% | 6.8% |
Xayah is banned in about 2.2% of games at this tier, one figure for the whole champion since bans happen before roles are picked. What ban rate measures.
Xayah's ADC win rate is 1.6 percentage points above an even 50% — Should I Dodge's win-probability model varies by about 4.8 percentage points of standard deviation from lobby to lobby across all ranks, purely from which champions get drawn, so this gap is smaller than that noise, not solid evidence the champion is unusually strong or weak right now.
Xayah is tracked in exactly one role at this tier scope, ADC — so there's no ambiguity below about which lane the rest of this page's per-tier, threat, and counters reporting describes.

Our Read on Xayah
Reading the Numbers
Xayah's pick and ban rates both stay low compared to other marksmen because her kit asks for real feather management: recalling her thrown daggers for a root at exactly the right moment takes practice most players haven't put in. She rewards someone who's already invested that time, not a player picking her up for the first time in ranked, which is also why she rarely swings a draft by herself -- she's a specialist's pick rather than a lane bully who dominates by default.
When a Teammate Locks Xayah
Track the feathers a Xayah teammate leaves behind on the ground from her own attacks: pulling three or more back through an enemy roots them in place, a strong setup tool for whoever can follow it up. She has real self-peel through Featherstorm, her airborne leap, so she doesn't need constant babysitting -- she just wants a lane that lets her land attacks consistently enough to keep feathers on the field.
When the Enemy Has Xayah
Watch the terrain around an enemy Xayah, not just her position -- once enough feathers are on the ground for a root to reach you, she becomes a real threat. Her untargetable leap makes her hard to punish directly during an engage, so pressure her before she jumps or well after she's landed, not during the brief moment she's in the air.
