Kha'Zix is banned in about 2.0% of games at this tier, one figure for the whole champion since bans happen before roles are picked. What ban rate measures.
Kha'Zix's Jungle win rate is 1.2 percentage points below an even 50% — Should I Dodge's win-probability model varies by about 4.8 percentage points of standard deviation from lobby to lobby across all ranks, purely from which champions get drawn, so this gap is smaller than that noise, not solid evidence the champion is unusually strong or weak right now.
Kha'Zix is tracked in exactly one role at this tier scope, Jungle — so there's no ambiguity below about which lane the rest of this page's per-tier, threat, and counters reporting describes.

Our Read on Kha'Zix
Reading the Numbers
Catching someone away from their team is what makes Kha'Zix's damage spike -- Taste Their Fear, his signature ability, deals bonus damage to an isolated target, so a Kha'Zix stuck fighting into a grouped enemy team simply doesn't perform the way his kit promises. He also gets three evolve points to spend across four different abilities as the game goes on, and not every player spends them the same way or optimizes the timing, which spreads his results wider than a simpler assassin's would run.
When a Teammate Locks Kha'Zix
Track whoever wanders from the enemy group -- that's who a Kha'Zix teammate is hunting, and vision control that finds isolated targets for him matters more than raw lane pressure. Ask what he's building toward, since his evolve points can go toward extra damage and range on isolated targets, a slowing spread shot, a longer leap, or longer invisibility after ambushing someone, and set up fights that let him strike from outside normal engage range.
When the Enemy Has Kha'Zix
Stick near teammates against an enemy Kha'Zix, especially near brush or in the dark -- solitude is his whole game plan, and his passive, Unseen Threat, empowers his next attack once you've lost sight of him for even a moment. He's considerably weaker in a straight group fight than in a pick, so staying together and playing around vision denies him the exact scenario his whole kit is built for.
